How to Order...
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please note there is a £10.00 minimum order.
Security
We accept credit card payment. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to UK mainland is a flat fee of either £3.25, £6.95 or £8.95 depending on the weight of the items in the order. Customers outside of the UK are asked to contact Crafty Kits for advice on shipping costs.
Delivery
We despatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. Should you not receive your order within 7 business days please contact us immediately. Items not reported undelivered with 10 working days can not be replaced free of charge.
If your item is not in stock, we will advise you of this. We are unable to put items on back order.

Returns
