All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

As we are not VAT registered, VAT is not charged.

The price charged will always be the price displayed when your order is accepted.

8. Ordering

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase.

Your order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where:

• photographs supplied are owned by them or used with permission;

We reserve the right to refuse material that:

• contains offensive material;
• is unlawful;
• is defamatory;
• promotes hatred or discrimination.

Minor adjustments may be made to photographs to achieve the best printing results.

11. Handmade Products

Our products are individually produced or hand assembled.

Small variations are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.

12. Availability

Occasionally products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

Where this occurs we will:

• offer an alternative;
• delay dispatch with your agreement; or
• provide a full refund.

13. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by postal services, weather, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Ownership remains with Crafty Kits until payment has been received in full.

14. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved customers.

Minimum order quantities may apply.

Wholesale discounts may change without notice.

Unless agreed otherwise, wholesale orders are supplied for resale only.

Wholesale customers remain responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their own customers.

15. Returns

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns for standard products are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Personalised products are generally exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

16. Faulty Goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with photographs where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights.

17. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

• not to misuse the website;
• not to interfere with website security;
• not to attempt unauthorised access;
• not to upload malicious software;
• not to use automated software to scrape website content.

18. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• photographs
• product descriptions
• logos
• graphics
• branding
• instructions
• downloadable content

remains the intellectual property of Crafty Kits unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

19. Personalised Images

Customers retain ownership of photographs they upload.

By submitting photographs, customers grant Crafty Kits permission to:

• edit images for production;
• reproduce them solely for fulfilling the order;
• retain copies where necessary for customer service or legal obligations.

Images are not sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the order.

20. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times.

However, maintenance, updates or technical issues may occasionally interrupt access.

We are not liable for temporary downtime.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafty Kits shall not be liable for:

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant order.
